Imagine an objective test that can help in detecting concussions in athletes while on the sidelines. A presentation at the recent American Academy of Neurology meeting showed that there may be an easy Vision Test that might just do that. It seems to hold a lot of promise in its sensitivity in picking up concussions when used with other accepted neurologic tests. I applaud the authors on developing a simple, practical method of concussion testing.
